Deb has over 25 years experience both as a consultant and as an internal HR manager in global organizations. She understands the challenges leaders face and how to effectively implement sustainable change that yields positive business outcomes. She is valued for her ability to partner effectively with business leaders to develop practical, tailored, results-focused solutions. She inspires confidence in leaders – helping them to gain insight into business challenges and potential opportunities, promotes collaboration within and between teams, and streamlines and simplifies processes.

Deb is adept at designing and implementing succession planning, talent management, and performance management processes, developing and delivering customized leadership development programs, and designing and facilitating off-sites, business meetings, and workshops that enable teams to drive change, improve processes, identify business growth opportunities, and establish more effective collaborative practices. She partners with her clients to look holistically at business challenges, define a strategy, develop and then implement practical solutions. Her areas of focus include:

Previously, Deb spent over 18 years at JPMorgan Chase – in both the Investment Bank and Retail businesses. Her roles at JPMC included VP of Leadership and Organization Development in both the Retail Services and the Investment Bank divisions, VP of Performance Management for JP Morgan, and Senior HR business partner for Technology and Global Credit divisions. Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Deb held positions as a personnel policy analyst with the International Labour Office in Geneva, Switzerland and as a consultant with Organization Resources Counselors, Inc. in New York.

Deb holds an M.A. from New York University in Politics with a concentration in International Politics and Business and a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
